Terms and Conditions

LATE/NO-SHOW/CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you're running 15 minutes or later to your appointment, please CALL the salon at 682-712-3499 so we can best hold your spot and accommodate your reservation. If you're past the 15 minute mark from the time of your appointment without notifying us, we will try our best to accommodate the reservation, but it will be taken based on current availability and the reservation will be considered as a walk-in.
When you have more than 1 consecutive no show on your profile, we will no longer be able to book your appointment without a nonrefundable/nontransferable deposit of 100% of your service.
If you no call/no show any of your appointments, your card will be charged for the entire service.
If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so 24 hours in advance in order for us to save your deposit on file (up to 2 weeks), otherwise the deposit will be considered a loss and is nonrefundable/transferable.
*Disclaimer All hair types respond different to products and heat. We are not responsible for heat damage or reverting once the client has left the salon.

Payment and Refund Policy

PAYMENT/DEPOSITS

All new and returning clients must pay a deposit.
A deposit of 50% of the total service is required at the booking of an appointment.
Only debit/credit card, Zelle, and cash payments are accepted. If paying with cash please have exact change. (cash is only accepted at the time of service for the remaining balance.)
Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE
If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so 24 hours in advance in order for us to save your deposit on file (up to 2 weeks,), otherwise the deposit will be considered a loss and is nonrefundable/transferable.
